Now more than ever, we are focused on operating in the best interests of our residents and the NEMA community. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and diligently following government and health officials’ recommendations.

With this newsletter, we are hoping to offer useful and light-hearted content to help you manage social distancing and make the best of the current situation that we are all in.

We’d like to take a moment to wholeheartedly express our gratitude for the entire staff, all of whom continue to deliver the highest possible level of resident service and safety even during these difficult times. Our team has been adapting work schedules and time commitments and remaining extremely flexible to accommodate the changing needs of the NEMA community to our maximum capacity. This perseverance to move through this together, as a team, is inspiring, and we thank you for appreciating our staff’s demonstrated commitment to NEMA and its residents.

Home Made Better

Everyone is certainly feeling impacted by “the new normal” and if you're anything like us, you may have found that your home could use a little rearranging to meet your new reality.

Appreciating today’s importance of an elevated Work From Home setting, NEMA's design partner, Artifact Homes, is gifting each NEMA residence two (2) free design consultations with their lead designer (normally $100). This may also be sent as a gift to your favorite friends in San Francisco during the quarantine period.

The Artifact Homes team would love to contribute their time to creating some warm fuzzies in such an uncertain time, hopefully helping NEMA residents and friends to feel their best. They are happy to spruce up and optimize your WFH areas or do a mini refresh with items you already have. No purchase necessary.*

This is a nation-wide community challenge and we will be sharing content by NEMA residents in Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston. Submissions may include your self-care routines, cleaning and organizing tips, ways you stay connected with your loved ones, tips on how to stay productive, cooking, book recommendations, learning a new skill, exploring new hobbies, and other creative ways you are making this house time work for you!
