Do you love to lift weights? Here are a couple of alternative options that you can find in your own home: squat or deadlift the end of your couch, use salt bags for a water softener, pack a suitcase to your desired weight, or use wine bottles for lighter weights. Then grab your weights and join the NEMA Fitness Team Live on Zoom, visit your NEMA Life app for the link. Click Here to View Online Classes

Home Made Better |
NEMA offers a contact-free package delivery process! All packages are available for pick up at the concierge desk and handled with gloves while avoiding direct person-to-person contact. Residents are notified of new deliveries via the app. Food delivery shelves are displayed in the lobbies for couriers to place items directly on the shelf, also eliminating direct contact; residents are then able to pick-up their food delivery once they've been notified by the concierge. #HomeMadeBetter
