Welcome to your weekly resident newsletter!

Now more than ever, we are focused on operating in the best interests of our residents and the NEMA community. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and diligently following government and health officials’ recommendations.

With this newsletter, we are hoping to offer useful and light-hearted content to help you manage social distancing and make the best of the current situation that we are all in.

We're here for you!

"As a longtime resident and one of the first employees at NEMA, I feel so proud about how our entire NEMA community has responded to this pandemic. As an employee, I value my colleagues' commitment to excellence and dedication to the building. As a resident, I appreciate how everyone has really taken responsibility for themselves and their neighbors by sheltering in place and taking the proper precautions when in common areas to keep each other safe. It is this group of employees and residents alike that make this NEMA community what it is, and I can honestly say there is nowhere in San Francisco I would rather be!"

- Nicole, National Leasing Manager
