Now more than ever, we are focused on operating in the best interests of our residents and the NEMA community. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and diligently following government and health officials’ recommendations.

With this newsletter, we are hoping to offer useful and light-hearted content to help you manage social distancing and make the best of the current situation that we are all in.

We’d like to take a moment to wholeheartedly express our gratitude for the entire staff, all of whom continue to deliver the highest possible level of resident service and safety even during these difficult times. Our team has been adapting work schedules and time commitments and remaining extremely flexible to accommodate the changing needs of the NEMA community to our maximum capacity. This perseverance to move through this together, as a team, is inspiring, and we thank you for appreciating our staff’s demonstrated commitment to NEMA and its residents.

Share ways you are making the best of your time spent at home on Instagram and tag #NEMAbettertogether to be featured in our newsletter and on social media. Winner also receives a $50 UberEats gift card!

This is a nation-wide community challenge and we will be sharing content by NEMA residents in Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston. Submissions may include your self-care routines, cleaning and organizing tips, ways you stay connected with your loved ones, tips on how to stay productive, cooking, book recommendations, learning a new skill, exploring new hobbies, and other creative ways you are making this house time work for you!

Please complete your submissions by next Sunday, April 5th at 11:59 pm and the winner will be announced the following week via resident newsletter and on our Instagram.
