Welcome to Edition No. 3 of your weekly resident newsletter!

Now more than ever, we are focused on operating in the best interests of our residents and the NEMA community. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and diligently following government and health officials’ recommendations.

With this newsletter, we are hoping to offer useful and light-hearted content to help you manage social distancing and make the best of the current situation that we are all in.

We'd like to express our tremendous appreciation to our wonderful residents of NEMA Chicago for doing their part to provide and maintain a safe and healthy community. While this temporary way of living is an adjustment to all, we are confident that our efforts will lead to a quicker solution and positive outcome. We can all continue to do our part by staying home, social distancing, washing hands often, covering coughs and sneezes, and frequently cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. From the entire NEMA family, we thank you!

The NEMA Fitness Team has curated at-home workouts exclusively for our residents. Choose from no-equipment bootcamp, de-stress yoga, and much more! Head over to NEMA Fitness on YouTube to stay fit while at home.

Live NEMA Fitness Classes

We are now offering Live fitness classes with NEMA's fitness team from San Francisco, Chicago, and Boston. Join us for a variety of 14 fitness classes to keep you moving! Visit the Events section of your NEMA Life app for schedule details.

We're in this together!

Share ways you are making the best of your time spent at home on Instagram and tag #NEMAbettertogether to be featured on our Instagram and in our newsletter. Winner also receives a $50 UberEats gift card!

This is a nation-wide community challenge and we will be sharing content by NEMA residents in Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston. Submissions may include your self-care routines, cleaning and organizing tips, ways you stay connected with your loved ones, tips on how to stay productive, cooking, book recommendations, learning a new skill, exploring new hobbies, and other creative ways you are making this house time work for you!

Please complete your submissions within 7 days of receiving the resident newsletter and the winner will be announced the following week via our Instagram and resident newsletter.
